ABSTRACT: According to architecture critics, the enhancement of the role of the architects that were responsible for Centre Pompidou ( Renzo Piano and Richard Rogers), from the competition to the inauguration, have not left much room for the issues regarding the role they actually played in the development of the design project and during the construction of the building.
