ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: Based on the first study completed with wind tunnel tests, the aim of this paper is to define a second methodology for the optimization of steel space grid envelope structures for tall buildings according to their isostatic lines according to their solicitations. It is by means of the comparison NatHaz online database and numerical simulation research of wind flow repercussion in buildings, through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CDF), that we can understand and analyse the grid envelope structures in tall buildings. And it is, in order to develop an analysis to optimize the shape of steel mesh envelope structures, that we study the trajectory of isostatic lines of structural elements encompassing the different variables that are involved in the building design and in its structural concept.
