ABSTRACT
Turkey is located at one of the most active earthquake regions of the world. It is the third in the world in terms of human loss and eighth in terms of the number of people a®ected by an earthquake (AFAD 2012). e only unchanging reality of Turkey besides the political events and the changes of economic conditions that took place during the years is the earthquake.
