The situation to be considered in this final chapter is probably the least formal public speaking occasion in which you are involved. A small meeting with up to perhaps five or six people attending is a common event in all kinds of business. As a scientist or engineer it is likely that you are involved with such meetings regularly; so regularly in fact that you have probably never classed them as public speaking occasions.
