ABSTRACT

Traumas of a orbital wall are difficult therapeutic and diagnostic problem. Due to the progress of civilization (traffic accidents, fights, military incidents, sport) the volume of the number of trauma are growing despite the use of various security systems (airbags, helmets, goggles etc.). The consequences of these injuries are fractures of the orbital wall with translocation intraorbital structures (eyeball, extraorbital muscles) into surrounding sinuses (Fig. 1). After this traumas displacement of an eyeball inside the orbit is observed (enophtalmos, hypoglobus). Double vision (diplopia), hypoaesthesis of the face, pain of the orbit, and air inside the orbit are also noticed Noda et al. (2011), Egbert et al. (2000).
