ABSTRACT
Sewers need internal visual inspections. Traditional inspection techniques include sewer lamping, manhole inspections, and large sewer man-entry visual inspections. These methods are still used, but today’s collection sys tem operators also employ specialized video cameras to safely inspect the sewers.
