ABSTRACT

The Redox synthesis of Metal/Carbon Nanocomposites in the nanoreactors of polymeric matrixes is proposed. Two methods of Metal/Carbon Nanocomposites are observed. The first method is comprised in the gellike colored films obtaining from solutions mixture of metal chlorides and polyvinyl alcohol. The films are heated according to the program. The nanoproduct obtained is dispersed in corresponding medium by ultrasound dispergator. The synthesis mechanism in polymeric matrixes nanoreactors is considered. The essence of the second method consists in coordination of functional groups of polymer and compounds of 3d-metals as a result of grinding of metal containing and polymer phases. For this case mechanism of nanocomposite formation in nanoreactors of polymeric matrixes is represented, and also nanoreactors designing problems are discussed. The Redox synthesis conditions and the Metal/Carbon Nanocomposites characteristics are given.
