ABSTRACT

A typical characteristic of hydrocracking processes is feedstock and product yield flexibility. It allows the conversion of a wide range of feeds tocks into a wide range of products, such as liquid petroleum gas (LPG), naphtha, middle distillates (jet and diesel fuels), fuel oil, lubricating oil base, petrochemical feedstocks, and fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) feedstock. The products obtained from hydrocracking processes have very low levels of sulfur and nitrogen, as well as olefins.
