ABSTRACT
In addition to hydrogenation of aromatics and cracking to lower boiling products, hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation also take place. The resulting catalytic cracker feedstock has a lower boiling range and is low in sulfur, nitrogen, and aromatics.
