ABSTRACT
Despite my reservations-I have to mourn the high-tech industrial milieu I’m used to in order to move into a more low-tech environment-I agree to join Genfoot, stimulated by the challenge it offers. Also, the president’s receptivity to my reorganization ideas opens the doors for me to apply Kaizen* in an industrial setting, which I’ve dreamed of experiencing for 10 years now!
