ABSTRACT
This chapter builds on the previous one by linking the allocation models of market justice and social justice to health policy and regulation. Health policies and regulations are always accompanied with controversy, and it is often quite difficult to interpret the discussion. The assumption of this chapter is that all policy is political, and should first be assessed by linking it to the allocation model to understand the intention of the policy or regulation.
