ABSTRACT

All organizations are unique; no two are identical. Each organization is composed of individuals whose skills, knowledge, experiences, and personal characteristics individually contribute uniquely to the whole of the organization. The most valuable asset that any organization possesses is its people. Organizations are no better than the people that comprise them, ranging from the lowest janitor to the highest-ranking officer within the organizational hierarchy. Regardless of the station, tenure, or affiliation with an organization, people will communicate. Among organizations, people are the catalysts of communication.
