ABSTRACT
It is very difficult to manage something without understanding it, right? It is like hitting a piñata blindfolded; you may hit it right a couple of times, but because you do not know where the target is, there are more wasteful swings than good hits. However, if you knew where the piñata is at all times with some certainty, you may get it right more often. In a way, monitoring is like removing your blinders and being able to see and follow the target, so that your swing is productive.
