ABSTRACT
Research Question The thumb has long been paramount in the overall functional capabilities of the hand. The authors highlight three possible thumb reconstruction methods and further recommend pollicization as their preferred treatment method. This article attempts to standardize the operative preparation, plan, and execution of adjacent digit pollicization.
