CRITICAL POINTS Must Know ◾ Symptomatic and neurologic diagnosis of lumbosacropelvic tumors should be made in the differential diagnosis from common degenerative spinal disorders in the region.
◾ Radiographic diagnosis of lumbosacropelvic tumors characterizes the lesions and narrows the differential diagnosis.
