ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with the preparation and processing of monoclonal antibodies once the hybridoma line is available. Techniques for the purification and analysis of monoclonal antibodies are described. The successful use of these procedures requires some familiarity with the techniques and equipment used in protein chemistry. Some suggestions for further reading are included for the reader who is not familiar with protein chemistry.
