ABSTRACT
This chapter brings us to a close of Analyzing and Securing Social Networks. We discussed several aspects, including social media analytics, security for social networks, privacy aspects of social networks, and experimental social media systems, as well as attacks on social media systems. The topics discussed included location mining for social media access control and privacy-preserving social media integration. In addition, we also discussed the emerging technologies for social media systems. The experimental systems are the ones that we have developed at The University of Texas at Dallas, and include secure cloud query processing for social media and cloud-based assured information sharing systems for social media.
