ABSTRACT
A 69-year-old male presents to an ophthalmologist with sudden onset visual loss. The ophthalmologist finds that he has a retinal vein thrombosis (branch occlusion). He also notices an enlarged gland on the right side of the neck. He has no other abnormal physical signs. He is generally in good health
