ABSTRACT

In the last chapter we completed Section III of this book. In Sections I through III, we learned about branding, people, and strategy. These discussions created three icons, each with four quadrants. The icons provided 12  distinct areas of focus that managers can better understand for improving their business. The reader of this book is free to choose all of them or can simply focus on specific areas that interest him or her the most. In this chapter, we will begin Section IV of this book with the topic of teams-more specifically, building teams of responsible experts. Later in this chapter, we will discuss the various personality styles of people. This discussion will enlighten the reader as to the different behaviors that drive people’s actions. This will help the members of the team to understand their teammates’ thinking styles better and how their team members may make decisions.
