The exact duties of a company local manager (LM) will be coordinated with the corporate crisis management team (CCMT) in the event of a crisis incident.
Upon being advised of a crisis situation, the LM will meet as soon as possible after immediately notifying the CCMT. Once the CCMT is noti-ed, there are several things that need to happen.
