ABSTRACT
Terrorist groups and evildoers typically don’t just happen upon targets. There is much planning and preparation involved in looking for the ideal target, or the least protected and vulnerable opportunity. Whatever the goal might be-political, ideological, fundamentalist, or nancialanyone might become a target. Explosives are often used for their obvious destructive effects and the manner in which they can be planted, such as within a vehicle or along a roadside. Sometimes, proper planning and precautions can dissuade the terrorist(s) from choosing your facility or organization for attack, or make your people and assets less vulnerable.
