ABSTRACT
With so much to accomplish in any given day and a structure imposed by her boys’ schooling, Rebecca needed to be able to plan her time down to 15-minute intervals. She was committed to being present and available to her children when she was with them, yet she also needed the ability to respond quickly to customer requests and produce topquality material on time and above expectation.
