ABSTRACT
Because of the continually changing political environment on Capitol Hill, relationship management was an important part of his job. He spent a good deal of time schmoozing at various political events, which he enjoyed, but which made it difficult to be home for dinner with his wife and three daughters without significant attention to his schedule.
