ABSTRACT
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a complex age-related inammatory neurodegenerative disease of the brain. The disease is multifactorial, slow, but progressive and irreversible. There are two forms of AD: the rare familial early onset caused by gene mutations and the sporadic AD that is correlated with aging.
