ABSTRACT
Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a movement disorder pathology caused by a progressive loss of brain cells, known as the dopaminergic neurons in the region of the brain known as the substantia nigra, which produce the chemical dopamine that is involved in the control of voluntary movements [1] and the degeneration of monoaminergic neurons in the brain stem [2].
