ABSTRACT
B A frail 75-year-old woman, ASA category 3, underwent an Ivor Lewis with pain control managed with an epidural. On the first postoperative evening, the nurses have been worried as the patient has been agitated and confused. They call you urgently following an epidural top up, as the patient is convulsing.
