A set of SAS macros was developed for the analysis presented in previous chapters. Tables 12.1 and 12.2 present the different surrogacy settings and models implemented in the SAS macros. Most of the surrogacy settings presented in Tables 12.1 and 12.2 were discussed previously in the book but some of the settings will be presented in this chapter for the first time. The use of each SAS macro is illustrated using a case study for a specific setting and a reference to a section in the book in which the surrogacy setting is presented is given whenever relevant.
