ABSTRACT

In two respects, then, these designs are revolutionary. First, there is a great “revolt” or change in the levels of the factors under study. Second, because of this revolt, we are able to “reveal” great quantities of information. Such revealing designs with “revolting” levels are useful in research projects, development endeavors, pilot plant trials, and just about any other experimental situation where we can and may make wide changes to the control factors under study.
