ABSTRACT
A: Iwas one of a hundred applicants that applied for an animation internship at SonyPictures Imageworks through the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences internship program. I wish I could say my raw talent was greater than that of the other applicants, but that definitely was not the case. I was the only applicant that was not an animator. I applied as a Character TD,
and my balance of technical and creative skills was what was in high demand at Sony Pictures Imageworks at the time. I felt very fortunate.
