ABSTRACT
In the previous chapter, business continuity (BC) is defined as the discipline of developing, deploying, and maintaining strategies and procedures to ensure the continuance or recovery of critical business processes. Business preparedness (BP) is a subset of BC, enabling an organization to continue or recover services or products during and after an event to support and service customers.
