ABSTRACT
Business continuity (BC) adds value. However, it cannot just happen on its merits alone. It requires good program and project management (PM) to ensure that value is demonstrated before and after an event occurs. Cost, schedule, scope, and quality all play an integral part in making an organization and its accompanying critical business processes resilient.
