ABSTRACT
Methods of obtaining multilayer particles of nanocarbon as an inner core, an ultrathin shell from zerovalent silver covered by a soluble polyvinylpyrrolidone layer have been worked out. They can be used for creating the carrier systems aimed at targeted delivery of prolonged drugs.
