ABSTRACT

The new functional nanomaterials based on layered alumino silicate and guanidine containing polyelectrolytes combining high bactericidal activity with an increased ability to bind to heavy metals and organic pollutants were received. To prove the chemical structure of the model compounds (zwitterionic delocalized resonance structures AG/MAG and PAG/ PMAG), as well as the presence of such structures in nanocomposites received on their basis and the MMT, IR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction studies and nanoindentation/sclerometry followed by scanning the surface in the area of the indentation were used.
