ABSTRACT
Integration management assessment is presented as the last critical success factor for project health assessment not because it is the least important or least risky, but because it is easier to discuss and evaluate it after the other CSFs are understood and assessed. As the name implies, integration management combines the other project management processes into a coherent, unified whole establishing the governance structure, practices, procedures, and guidelines for successful project delivery.
