8.1 INTRODUCTION

Parameters of any industrial structures are defined, as it is known, first of all by a technological level of their designs. Meanwhile, objectively it is necessary to recognize that designing a gas-cleaning installation of buildings in Russia as a whole essentially loses world level and elimination of this defect occurs is inadmissible slow rates. Struggle against an atmospheric pollution and protection against aftereffects of this pollution represents a multidisciplinary problem. Organizational-technical and scientific bases of its solution are still far from perfect [1-12]. It is possible with sufficient basis to tell that creation of basic new processes with the closed dust-laden gas streams-business concerning the remote prospect. In the future, it is necessary to be oriented on such ways of protection of air basin which are realizable means of modern techniques.
