ABSTRACT
While each step is important, Step 2, "Conduct a physical analysis," is critical to the success of P-M analysis. When you understand this step, the others fall into place more easily. This chapter explains how physical analysis bridges the gap between known phenomena and causal factors. Chapter 4 reviews the entire P-M analysis process.
