ABSTRACT
The Lean library provides the needed materials, some that are required for the plant staff and the candidates of the Lean Discipline Expert process and others that are for references and additional education. The Lean library is necessary to support your Lean Discipline Expert program while also offering the opportunity for any of your associates to learn how to apply particular Lean tools to their direct positions-or anyone’s position, for that matter.
