ABSTRACT
The main purpose of the Lean Discipline Expert process is to provide a method with defined steps for the development of Lean Discipline Resource People, leading to achievement of “expert status” in their specific Lean discipline. This may sound simple, but I assure you that it is a tough but rewarding process to go through and complete.
