ABSTRACT
When clean room installations are completed, there is a need to prepare for certification with the purpose of validating clean room design and operational conditions. Invariably, at this stage, air flow balancing and differential pressure adjustments are paramount. Certification guarantees that facilities meet minimum requirements for a maximum concentration of specified-size airborne particles.
