As it has been shown in Refs. [1, 2], although from the geometrical point of view the multiple sliding is the simplest way of plastic deformation realization in metals, it is not advantageous energetically and it gives the smallest efficiency of elastic energy dissipation. The deformation along sliding systems limited number, accompanied by rotational turns of different structural levels, is more effective. This is connected with the general postulate about larger efficiency of energy dissipation at motion whirl character. Therefore, in case of large enough plastic strains of solid bodies the transition to plastic flow turbulent regime is always realized [2].
