ABSTRACT
In order to formally introduce TPM to an organization, some preparation needs to take place along with a great deal of publicity.
First, a formal announcement should be made about the need for TPM at the organization. This announcement should come from top management at a town hall or all-hands meeting. Publicity via signs and internal news letters should highlight the introduction of TPM at the organization (Agustiady, 2013).
