ABSTRACT

The important prerequisite to intensive development of a medical enzymology was the solution of theoretical and technological questions of enzyme’s modification with the purpose of giving of new properties to them, and such which have cardinal value for therapy of diseases of the person [3]. The consideration of results of chemical modification (and for our work-an immobilization on insoluble carriers) of therapeutic active agents is interested for the search of new medicines of the proteinaceous nature. Now there are the possibilities of creating of fibrous materials possessing the biological activity of the most various range of action [2, 3, 8, 9]. Such products matter not only for medical practice and, especially, operational surgery, but also for various branches of equipment and biology. The connection between polymeric matrix and biologically active substance can be covalent, coordinational, and/or ionic at modification of fibers for the purpose of giving them the biological activity. The choice of each of the called types of communication is defined by practical purpose of created materials. Chemical modification of protein’s globule can significantly influence on enzyme’s stability. Thus, the development of the available atraumatic dressing containing biologically active agents (enzymes) that allows to reduce terms of treatment and to increase the efficiency of rendered medical actions, represents an actual scientific problem [3, 4].
