ABSTRACT

It is no secret that an important element of success in a business is the productivity of people in the organization. Therefore, it is important to compensate people according to the marketplace and give them the right incentives to make them more productive. No matter how hard management works, they cannot succeed unless they increase their leverage by having people that report to them work efficiently as well as they do. Management must have the proper tools to ensure that people in every part of the organization have the right pay and the right motivation to be productive. Only then can they expect them to be effective.
