ABSTRACT
This chapter describes the super-efficient LPDF methodology intended for managing bank projects. We estimate that 15% to 20% of employees in medium to large banks are engaged in dedicated projects typically involving 5 to 20 people for several months. This is a significant fraction of bank operation time and thus the method should be of interest to a considerable number of bank employees. LPDF was created as a contribution to engineering in space applications and is adapted here for banking. This chapter has been adapted from a full-length article [Oppenheim, 2004].
