Similar areas are included in the more recent requirements of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (see Chapter 7). ere are many psychiatric-legal issues that forensic psychiatrists are asked to address, and my proposed model is a way to conceptualize these issues so that an opinion can be rendered.
