ABSTRACT
When an audit calls for corrective action it is because the auditor has found a noncompliance. Such a noncompliance could exist because a part of the quality system is lacking or a procedure is only partially implemented, not being followed, or lacking evidence. When audit answers are scored with a numerical value, corrective action may be required if the score is too low.
