ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The Changjiang river catchment suffer from serious environmental degradation caused by economic development which begun from early 1980s. In order to conduct sound management and decision making for sustainable development, the catchment-wide ecosystem assessment emphasizing in ecosystem services is essential. Decision support system for integrated catchment management with policy options had been developed and trade-off between ecosystem services could provide scientific information which is very effective to the sustainability in the Changjiang river catchment.
