ABSTRACT

On the other hand, applied research works aim at

designing tools able to be rapidly transferred to the

sector. They focus on improving existing or emer-

gent practices thanks to IT services. While working

practices are the basis of the research, we consider

that they have to be re-envisaged through the

specific viewpoint of collaboration. Therefore re-

defining working practices in a “mutually agreed”

way with practitioners is a key to the success of

service design.
