ABSTRACT
Dr O V Smirnov is the Head of Department of the Tujmen Institute of Civil Engineering. He is concerned with the investigation of dispersive systems. He is a senior scientific worker of the USSR North Problem Investigation Institute and is Chairman of the Tujmen Ecological Committee. He has published some reviews and monographs. Mrs A F Yudina is an assistant professor of the Building Production Technology Department of the Leningrad Institute of Civil Engineering. She is concerned with research into the electro treatment of concrete, mix preparation technology involving the evaluation of mixing devices, and complex automation. She has published her work extensively.
