ABSTRACT
W.Glenn Smoak is a senior Research Civil Engineer with the Research and Laboratory Services Division, Bureau of Reclamation, Denver, Colorado. He has been active in research and development of concrete polymer materials since 1969. He currently is the Principal Investigator of Reclamation’s Concrete Materials research program.
